Walk for Rice benefits the ACRS food bank located in the International District, the third most used food bank in King County . The ACRS food bank provides culturally appropriate food staples —noodles, fish, vegetable, tofu and most importantly, rice -- for the Asian Pacific American Community. Primarily elders, children and people with disability are most at risk for hunger. ACRS Food Bank addresses this risk; last year over 65% of food went to individuals 55 years and over. www.walkforrice.com
