11th Annual Golden Circle Awards Dinner Over 400 people attended the dinner on February 11 to honor 2006's Golden Circle Award winners - Ruby and Ping Chow, Francis Locke and the Gee How Oak Tin Association and Foundation. Also present to receive a special award was retired US Army Chaplain James Yee. The Chaplain told the audience about his traumatic arrest and incarceration on unfounded allegations that he was helping Al Qaeda in 2003. He stayed after to sign books for the attendees.
